Your Choices
Account Information
You may update and correct certain account information by logging into your account and accessing your account settings. If you wish to delete your account, please email support@fixfox.ai with a request to delete your account. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
Email Communications
To opt out of receiving promotional emails from Fixfox, follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in those emails. Please note that if you opt out of receiving promotional emails from us, we may still send you transactional messages, like those about your account or purchases.
Push Notifications/Alerts
We may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.
Text Messages
We may send you SMS text messages related to our products and services. You may opt out of receiving text messages from Fixfox at any time by replying STOP. Please note that if you opt out of receiving promotional text messages from us, we may still send you transactional messages, like those about your account or purchases.
Do Not Track
Some Internet browsers may be configured to send "Do Not Track" signals to the online services that you visit. We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" or similar signals.
International Data Transfers
Fixfox is headquartered in the United States and has service providers in other countries, and your personal information may be transferred to the United States or other locations outside of your state, province, or country where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your state, province, or country.
If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide personal information to us, please note that we transfer your personal information to the United States and process and store it there. Children's Privacy
The platform is not intended for children under the age of 18 (or other age as required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under the applicable age has provided us with personal information, we will delete such personal information. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact our support team.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
