Who we are.
We are builders and operators. We have put AI into more than 400 franchise locations and into businesses of every kind.
We did not build our products in a lab. We worked with Ace Handyman Services and RestoPros, and with their franchisees, to build tools around the way their businesses really run. Instant Estimator came from fifteen Ace franchisees who were losing hours to write-ups. AVA came from phones that rang while everyone was busy.
That start shapes how we work. We build with the people who will use it. A few try it first. Then everyone gets it.
What we believe.
Busy work is not the job.
Answering the same question fifty times, typing a lead into two systems, writing up a quote at 9pm. That is not why anyone started a business.
AI should do the boring part.
The phones, the follow-ups, the forms, the reports. So people can do the part that needs a person.
Build it with the people who use it.
A tool shaped by the front desk works. A tool shaped by a slide deck gets ignored.
